JEVON BOLDEN


Founder and CEO

With two decades of experience in the publishing industry, Jevon leads Embolden Media Group, a literary agency and publishing consulting firm that helps authors and publishers reach diverse and global audiences with quality content. Jevon has authored eight books, ghostwritten and edited hundreds of titles, and helped build culture-shifting author brands.

Advocating for inclusion and equity for diverse voices in publishing, Jevon serves as a consultant to the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA) and a member of the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) subcommittee. As a conference speaker, workshop facilitator, writing coach, and mentor, she shares the best of what she knows with passionate, creative, and influential people who desire to publish great books that make a difference.

DEIDRA RIGGS


Literary Agent

Deidra is an author, speaker, coach, and consultant. Her extensive background includes writing, editing, and marketing for faith-based, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations. She is adept at shepherding a group or individual to the successful conclusion of a project, offering clear and accessible tools and guidance.

Rebekah Von Lintel is a respected and influential leader in the publishing industry, with over twenty years of experience. With a passion for fostering emerging voices and an unwavering dedication to excellence, her contributions have played a significant role in the success of numerous best-selling titles across various genres. 

She recently served as editorial director for Baker Books for ten years, where she had the privilege of developing many award-winning authors, including NYT-bestselling author Mo Isom, Sheila Walsh, Sheri Hunter, Ruth Graham, Greg Laurie’s Jesus Revolution, and Wendy Speake’s The 40-Day Sugar Fast

Her love of books, passion for storytelling, and commitment to supporting talented authors continue to be a driving force in her work. Rebekah lives with her family in Colorado.

 

KATHY GREEN


Associate Literary Agent

Kathy Green is an author, conference speaker, publishing consultant, editor, and writing coach with fourteen years of experience in the publishing industry. Her enthusiasm for reading, writing, and journaling led her to earn a bachelor’s degree in English and writing from Liberty University. Kathy has written three books on prayer. Her books have opened doors to interviews on Atlanta Live, TBN, and Daystar, and numerous radio shows and podcasts. Kathy is passionate about advocating for ministry and marketplace leaders who bring life-transforming messages to faith-based audiences.

JOYLANDA JAMISON

Joylanda is a writer and editor living in the Blueridge Mountains of Virginia. Her writings have been published in various faith-based outlets such as Think Christian as well as non-religious publications. Joylanda previously served as a guest poetry editor for Frontier Poetry. She has a passion for amplifying the voices and stories of BIPOC writers and thrives when helping others cultivate their creative voice. Joylanda takes the utmost care in guiding authors along their writing journey and ensures that their story remains an authentic reflection of themselves.

ELODIE LEROY
Literary Agent Assistant

Elodie Leroy was born in St. Martin to Haitian parents and grew up in South Florida. She is a writer and editor who finished her professional writing degree at York University (Toronto). She took her talents to the Miami area where she lives with her husband and a seven-year-old who is a handful and a heartful. Author, speaker, educational consultant, and editor–Katherine Hutchinson-Hayes, EdD has had her hand in leadership for many years. She loves speaking to groups and delivering messages with a quick wit and real-life stories. Katherine is a freelance writer/content editor, who has served as a content editor/writing coach for Iron Stream Media, and a sensitivity reader for Sensitivity Between the Lines. She is a review board member and contributor to Inkspirations (an online magazine for Christian writers), and her writing has been published in Guideposts.
